Movment 1:
1 Squat Snatch
2 Overhead Squats
Start with your barbell unloaded and add 5 Kg Each Round
Your score is the load you were able to perform before you have failed.
Once you fail the movement, move immediately to the
next (starting with the next minute interval)
Movment 2:
12-8 Toes-to-Bar (Máx 7 Rounds)
Your score is the number of Rounds completed.
