While partner 1 completes 20 Cal on the rower, partner 2 performs max plate air squats. At the completion of 20 Cal they switch and partner 2 completes 20 Cal on the rower while partner 1 performs max plate air squats. Continue until both partners have complete 3 rounds of each movement.
